When a visitor is done selecting their samples, they put in their CC info and hit Submit. Unfortunately, the wheel just keeps spinning and ever moves forward from this screen.
Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Any help is appreciated.
Caching and optimization plugins and services have been known to cause issues like this.
Pages that contain forms, especially payment forms, should be excluded from caching/optimization. See the following page of the documentation for more details:
I found the issue, and I was an idiot. I never added actual products to the form, so it had nothing to charge for. Shipping on its own did not work, I had to add products at $0.00 in order to create a total. Worked fine after that.
