Can you use two separate PayPal Payments Pro accounts on one website? My client needs to accept donations from two separate countries to two separate PayPal accounts. We are currently using PayPal Standard for Canada but don’t want to direct to PayPal to finish the transaction.

Yes, on the bottom of the PayPal Payments Pro feed, you can override the API settings. See this screenshot:
