I am using Paypal Sandbox and I have Email confirmed: Yes . Payment Receivable: Yes . Credit Card field support: SUBSCRIBED on the back end.
I can use test credit cards and get my form to go as normal, though in the entries they all show as Pending.
If I try to test what would happen on a declined credit card (provided by paypal in the test method), the form still lets me in to the confirmation page, still sends out notifications, even though on Paypal the transaction was declined.
What am I missing? How can the form continue to allow failed transactions and also show all transactions as pending on even the successful charges.
