Pasted short code into Divi page but does not show form [RESOLVED]

Problem with form not showing. Have checked shortcode very carefully and it is correct.

If you are editing with Gutenberg editor, you can try to write your Gravity forms shortcode with shortcode block.

In case you are making your page with Divi Builder, try to install Gravity Divi Module. For more information, please visit this page from Elegant Themes about this module.
