Hello, I have two Gravity Forms on my hobbyist website. The forms are entitled Submit Pottery and Contact Us. The forms have disappeared from the pages. (See screenshots 1 and 2.) They are still there on the dashboard and in the code (see screenshots 3 and 4). How do I get them to reappear? I don’t want to purchase a license because this website does not generate any revenue. The plugin is activated and does not show any updates needed. Many thanks!

I was advised to add the shortcode to the page. I did so and now the forms appear to be working.
