There is no field list option on the notification screen.
Can anyone help me add this in?

Hi Miramedia. There is nothing to be added in. If you do not have a dropdown where you expect to see one, there is likely a conflict with other software on the site, or your form is set up incorrectly. If you open a support ticket, we can help you with that:
