Notification email is showing empty fields

Hi, I would like to ask for your help. I have dropdown fields on my form and the first option doesn’t have any value, completely empty. When I tested my form the fields with empty values did not show up on gravity form entries which is right. However, the empty fields still show up on my notification email. I only used {all_fields} for the notification email message.

What could be the possible reason for this? Any idea on how to fix this?

Hi Kim. You should not use an empty value as the first option. I would remove that, and then add a Placeholder on the Appearance tab with instructions such as “Choose one”. That should take care of your issue. If not, I recommend opening a support ticket:
