I just received a notification email from a form I’ve had setup for awhile. I noticed the form fields weren’t populated in the subject line as I’d configured.
Thought maybe the form was submitted with those fields not provided, but they were.
I then noticed that my notifications editor controls weren’t showing me the little icons to allow me to insert submitted form fields into the notification message anywhere.
Anyone know why this might be happening? Everything seems to be updated and configured as previously done when it was working.
