Based on what I’m seeing in the source code of that page, my answer to your other topic, adding another Section field between the last student #3 field and the PayPal field, should resolve the issue.

Pop up on nested form blocking customers

Fields that follow a Section field, up to the next Section or Page field, are impacted by its conditional logic. Try adding another Section field between the last field in the student #3 section and the payment add-on field.

That will prevent the logic from section 3 impacting the PayPal field.
