Need help associating a field on one form with another field on a different form

I have a form where a registrant picks 5 players out of many for a contest. Then I have another form where I enter the players along with their earnings. I need to display in a view the registrants 5 players selected with the earnings for each player from the players form. Can someone point me in the right direction to do this? Any help is appreciated.

I guess you could use Gravity Forms Populate Anything - Enable Dynamic Population - Gravity Wiz to populate the players on the second form and then Gravity Forms Entry Blocks - Gravity Wiz to display both the Players and their earnings on the front end.
