Move Elements in own HTML Container

Hi,

I am building a product configurator and it would be great if I could put certain elements like summary, the buttons or the pagination in my own HTML containers outside of the gravityforms form. Right now I have my own custom WordPress template with own HTML elements and I would like to show the pagination in the header.

Is there any way to do this with a shortcode or a hook?

I tried moving the containers with jQuery but thats not really working as expected when using ajax for multipage forms.

Could you make those elements fixed to the header with CSS?

I could… but it gives me way less flexibility for my layout, if you see what i mean:
