I’ve installed and activated the Mailchimp add-on, but it is not displaying in settings so I can’t connect to our account. Do you have troubleshooting advice?
If a plugin is active that includes role/capability management features (e.g. Members), you will need to enable the add-on capabilities for your role before you can access its settings, even if you are an administrator. See the following page of the documentation:
