When a form hit’s is max entries for the day rather than display the Entry Limit Reached Message it’s displaying Oops! We could not locate your form. in place of the form. If i remove or increase the limit form displays as normal. This is using the restrictions - limit entries under form settings. I’m not using the Wiz plugin
I can’t replicate the issue described in a default WordPress installation. I would recommend you to perform a full conflict test: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin - Gravity Forms Documentation

Just need to trying an identify what the conflict is or maybe replace with an alternative plugin
