Is Gravity forms support ticket system working?

Does anyone know if the Gravity forms support ticket system is working. I submitted a ticket https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/technical/ on 10-28-2023 and never received a confirmation and I never received a response.

To trigger the processing of background tasks, such as queued feeds, the plugin uses the wp_remote_post function to send a request to your site’s Ajax endpoint (/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php).

The core log indicates that the request to that URL is timing out, which can prevent processing of the APC feeds.

DEBUG --> GF_Background_Process::dispatch(): Unable to dispatch tasks to Admin Ajax: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 1006 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
