Can't fill out support ticket -- need help [RESOLVED]

How do you reach support if I can’t access the system report? Is there another way?

I installed gravity but can’t access it due to Wordpress critical error. thanks,

Hi Jonathan. I may be able to help you here. What’s going on?

Otherwise, if you need to provide more information, please use the contact form here:

We’ll need to know the actual error message, either from the server error logs or the email that is sent to the website administrator. Thank you.

When I click on “Forms” I get: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” But I’m getting no emails.

I can’t fill out a support ticket because I can’t access the system report. Not sure where server error logs are. Thanks so much,

Did you receive the email from WordPress at the site admin email address? That has everything we need to figure out why the error occurs.

Still haven’t received an email and my spam is clean. I’ll wait a little longer in case one comes in.

Is your email address the one used for the site administrator on the dashboard Settings > General for “Administration Email Address”?

Yes, email is all set.

It was set previously, or you just changed it? If you just changed it, you will need to trigger the error again to ensure the mail is sent. If it was already set, it is possible your site was unable to deliver that message.

If you do not have that, you will need the error message from the web server error log. If you are not sure where to obtain that, please contact your web host.

One wild guess though, based on previous tickets. Are you using the Storefront theme for WooCommerce?

We’re using Divi.

I’ll try triggering a few more times, see if something pops up.

OK, thank you. We really need that error message to know what is causing the problem.

Hi Chris,

Email error report finally popped up:

Thank you for the error report. The issue is coming from the Supreme Modules for Divi plugin. I recommend reaching out to the support for that plugin, to share the error with them, and look for a resolution for the issue for using Gravity Forms 2.5+ on your site. Thank you.

Thanks again
