Hi,

Is it possible to have yes/no radio buttons and based on the selected button direct the user to a specific page, each with a different form?

You can use a form with only that radio buttons field and and additional confirmation with conditional logic for one of the choices, for example, to run the confirmation when “yes” is selected.

If you configure the default confirmation to page/URL with the page where you have the form for “no”, and the additional confirmation with the page for “yes”, Gravity Forms will redirect the user to the corresponding page.
