I am looking for an addon like this plugin “Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7” with the possibility to add a link that goes to a page or URL.
Does it exist?

Conditional logic is a built-in feature of Gravity Forms. You can find it in the settings of fields, notifications, confirmations, and some add-ons.
