I want to submit the metadata from my gravity forms stripe addon to stripe (support@stripe.com) so that when support sends me the email of the metadata is resembles this

I have spoken with stripe and they say that it is to do with gravity so hopefully you can help. The metadata is being sent to stripe. when i view a payment i can then click on payment and see this:

These are the settings i have configured in gravity. please can you confirm whether these are correct or whether i need to amend something here in order to get the correct layout as described above
