I want to send custom metadata to Stripe when someone makes a credit card payment on my Gravity form. However, my settings under “Metadata” seem to be missing, meaning that no metadata is getting sent over to Stripe. What could be causing this and how can this be resolved?
For context, the payment collection method I am using is Stripe Field (Elements), not Stripe Payment Form (Stripe Checkout).
This is a known issue, which will be fixed in the next Gravity Forms update. Until then, you can resolve the issue by disabling no-conflict mode on the Forms > Settings page.
