We setup a form for a client that will collect money through Stripe. In the past, it has been really easy to integrate Stripe into Gravity, but this time, we are running into problems, as the Connect button seems to trigger a New Stripe Account, rather than allowing an existing account holder to attach to the Gravity Stripe plugin. At first, I thought maybe it was a verbiage issue and had the client continue through the process, but it ended up creating a new account, which they did not want.
Has anyone run into this and/or found a solution to it?
Do you use more than one email address? Did you reply from a different email address than the one you originally used? Email replies require that you use the same email address when replying.
Did your email software properly use the Reply-To: email address when replying? Unfortunately, some email software incorrectly sends replies to the From: address, which won’t work.
Was the Message-ID header in the email modified? The Message-ID must be consistent and unchanged.
