Anyone familiar with this issue.
I was able to create the webhooks properly for the Stripe Addon but its not connecting.
but I can see that the communication between gravity forms and stripe is working.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Hi Brian. Because you can see the “Connect with Stripe” button still, you are not connected with Stripe. If you are unable to connect with Stripe, your Stripe integration will not work. I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue:
There wont be any authentication on Stripe site for the webhook if it has not connected right? When I went to Stripe Dashboard, I can see a successful connection from that site.
WIll that be not the indicator?
Hi Brian. The best indication is that the button changes from “Connect with Stripe” to “Disconnect” (next to the “Connected to Stripe as accountname” message.) This is what it looks like on my site when it’s properly connected:
