Hey community, hoping I can find some help here. Im GREEN and trying to use gravity forms to collect necessary information to register for woo commerce memberships. The form is created and active, however, when people apply the information goes no where. How do i direct the information to auto populate into woo commerce?
You need to install the User Registration add-on (available with the Elite licence) and map the form fields to WooCommerce user profile fields. I blogged about that: WooCommerce Signups with Gravity Forms.
NB: if you want to have shoppers enter their addresses too, you’ll need another add-on – my GF Address Enhanced, which maps the state/province and country to what WooCommerce is expecting.
