The token is definitely valid. Is there a workaround for this? The setup form won’t let me put ‘/token’ after my username, I wonder if that’s causing the error
We don’t have an official add-on for Zendesk. There are multiple third-party add-ons. Have you tried contacting the developer of the add-on you are using? If you aren’t sure who the developer is, you should be able to locate their name and a link to their site on the installed plugins page of your site.
