Subject says it. Trying to submit a support ticket to GF for a critical issue and…just can’t. Every required field has a “this field required” error next to it, although they’re all filled in. And the “system log” field says it’s an invalid log, even though I’m cutting and pasting directly from GF Settings panel. I’m beyond frustrated.
I can’t find any issues with the support form. The number of submissions we are receiving in Help Scout is typical for the time of day and week. Have you tried using an incognito window or different browser/device?
Here is the screenshot when I try to submit. I can see many other people have this identical issue over the years when attempting contacting support - why is it never addressed in the forums except with a, “OK just email us” reply? Seems like it would be better to fix the issue!

I’m using chrome standard and my ad blocker is OFF, btw.
The validation error is correct, that is not the system report, that is the core log. The system report can be copied from the Forms > System Status page using the copy button near the top of the page.
Thanks for the quick reply - but it’s more than a little confusing that the form starts with the words “enable logging” (note the word “LOG”) but then asks for something that’s…not the actual log. A slight verbiage change in the support form to make this clear would really help your customers out here, n’cest pas? It looks like I’m not the only one who’s had this issue before.
