Have already spoken with support about this but not getting close

An error prevented the entry for this form submission being saved. Please contact support.

That happens when you submit a form on my site

What to do??

Hi, did you ever find a solution to this? All our GForms are not working after we did a restore a our database. All users now get the message, “An error prevented the entry for this form submission being saved. Please contact support,” anytime they try to submit a form.

Please help our site had to be pulled down and is awaiting a fix :). Note: Everything was working fine with all version of our database. It was only on an import of the database. We are using GF 2.2.6.5 and WP 5.4.1.

2.2.6.5 is a very old version. For what reason are you using that old version?
