We are having issues with one of our websites. When someone tries to submit the form entry we are getting this error: An error prevented the entry for this form submission being saved. Please contact support.

We are using the current gravity forms version and WP is up-to-date.

Hi Brian. I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue. It’s not something we can typically resolve in the community forums.
