Complaints Procedure

The latest updates to GF have rendered a live payment form useless. We utilise other plugins within the form for calendar booking etc. These are no longer working correctly since the latest version is released.

We have Elite licence and have raised a support ticket to support us in downgrading to an earlier version but the support team have not even replied. Even though this is having a financial impact to the website.

I want to know what the official complaints procedure is please as the support function has abandoned us!

Hi Matthew. The best place for an issue like this is the support ticket. I see that you opened a support ticket yesterday, and we replied about 7 hours ago, close to the time of this post. Our reply shows that you received the message and have viewed it. The best place to continue with that issue if you need assistance is to reply to the support ticket email. Thank you.
