I have configured the Microsoft integration with Gravity SMTP. I have enabled the “Default from Email” and “Default from Name” settings, but my test email and Gravity Forms form notifications have the email as an Outlook email and the Microsoft account name, neither of which are what I’ve entered into the “Default from Email” and “Default from Name” settings.
Microsoft and Google will usually only allow the same from address as the account used to send and replace with the sender email address to prevent sending email as another user.
Set the reply to field instead.
