Hi Chris,

Is there a way to set a back-up Custom SMTP integration if a Custom SMTP integration is already set up as a primary? Post SMTP uses a fallback SMTP which helps when troubleshooting.

There currently isn’t a way to do this.

You can suggest this feature directly to the product management team for consideration when planning future releases on the Gravity SMTP product roadmap page.

The link is working for me. I’ve also tested it using a different device and different browser, where I’m not logged in. It could be an issue with an extension in your browser.
