Migrating from WP Mail SMTP to Gravity SMTP
I capture emails out of development environments in MailTrap.
Using the documentation below, I have set the constants for MailTrap account inbox

However, when sending a test email using the Gravity SMTP tools, it fails to send without providing any details within the log to why it fails to send.
I have tried both ports 587 & 2525, and neither works with Gravity SMTP.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with setting up Custom SMTP?
