Unable to use custom smtp

  1. We tried to configure a simple smtp (we have a connector in our tenant , that based on ip address of the sender, it allow connections without authentication on port 25).

    The server where wordpress is installed is in white list.

  2. Directly from server from telnet we manage to reach the office 365 and send mail. When we configure the simple smtp, gravity plugin (on the same server) says that cannot reach the smtp.

  3. This is the configuration:

Any sugggestion ?

Are you able to send email from php/wordpress? I consider hosting provider blocking outbound SMTP from PHP.

Can you test your email from wordpress?
