Hi,
Hoping someone might be able to help out with issues updating a prehistoric version of GF (1.7.5) to the latest version. Each time this causes the plugin to crash, and though this is recoverable, all my forms and their entries (which are critical to the functionality of the website and have to be retained) are all deleted.
Wordpress gives the following error each time as it goes into Recovery Mode:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 2693 of the file /home/electric5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/common.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method GFFormsModel::get_entry_count_all_forms() in /home/electric5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/common.php:2693

It’s a bit of a nightmare - this all stems from trying to resolve an issue with Admin Notifications not being delivered correctly and I’m hoping the update resolves this and of course helps with security updates. Any pointers would be incredible.
Thanks in advance.
