Dear Support,

I am writing to report an issue we are facing with the Gravity Form Google Analytics add-on. Specifically, we have encountered an error (ID 4) when attempting to add a feed goal in the Google Analytics settings. I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

We have looked into the plugin and discovered that an API is being used at https://dev.gravityapi.com/wp-json/gravityapi/v1/auth/googleanalytics/. Is it possible for you to provide us with an interface that will allow us to flush out the data from GravityAPI? We are hoping that you can assist us in resolving this issue, or provide guidance on how we can move forward to remove the error.

Hi Justin. The error “Invalid value at ‘body.id’ (TYPE_STRING), false” occurs when you have more than 20 goals configured for this view in Analytics account. Please use a different view if this view already has 20 goals attached to it. If you need more assistance, please open a support ticket here:
