A client fills out a form, which is then sent to my office mailbox. Or that is what is supposed to happen. A couple of weeks ago the form started going to my junk folder and stripping out the coding for each row to have alternating colors (blue, then white). I don’t know what happened to cause the forwarding to the wrong mailbox. My IT guy is flummoxed also. Any ideas?
Hi!
I’m sorry I can’t help with your issue, but I’m very curious how you are able to get submitted form data sent by email. Does this require some custom coding?

The forms are forwarded through the Gravity Forms/Notifications settings.

Hi there,
The issue you are experiencing (emails going to the spam folder) may be due to a problem with your email or hosting server. To resolve this, you might consider using third-party solutions like SendGrid or SendInBlue.
To further assist you, I recommend checking out the following article:
Gravity Forms has introduced its own SMTP solution, which can also help resolve the issue. For more information:
Give it a try, and let me know how that goes!
Thank you!
