Form submissions are not being pushed into Hubspot

Hi there, I am having an issue pushing form submissions data into Hubspot. When I have been testing form submissions, only reconversions or people from my organization are being pushed into Hubspot. Has anyone else had this issue? Would it be my GF configuration or with Hubspot?

Hi Kat. I recommend enabling Gravity Forms logging:

Then test the form, and refer back to the Forms → Settings → Logging page to view the HubSpot log. The log should contain information about why people are being added or not. Thank you.
