Form jumping to top when editing choices for check boxes/dropdown/radio buttons

I have several very long forms with a variety of inputs. When I click Edit Choices for a dropdown box, check boxes, or radio buttons, the form will jump to the top. The site was recently moved to a new host, and the behavior existed before and after. The behavior also happens in both Chrome and Edge.

I have tried the position: relative solution mentioned in the following link, but it did not work.

The linked solution is for a different issue which can occur on the front-end of a form, so it won’t resolve what you’re encountering here. The issue with page jumping when having clicked Edit Choices is one of which the product team is aware and has an active issue open.
