We create very advanced forms and we’re having this annoying issue, where the pop-up of a setting jumps back to the top. Then you need to remember well, where you were in your long form. Please see video, and it will explain itself.
Try disabling the setting at Forms → Settings → No Conflict Mode and check whether the form editor behaves more properly when using with the choices flyout. When testing locally, this fixed the issue for me.
Note that we do have an issue open with the product team regarding this, so hopefully a fix will land in a future release.
