Form Fields Not Displaying in Workflow

I have a Workflow setup on a form, with an approval task that requires the update entry of information into the form. However recently, those fields stopped displaying.

The fields are listed in the Editable Fields area.

However, when the Workflow approval is opened, nothing shows update.

Any idea what caused this?

Hi Ken,

First thing I’d recommend to check is for a plugin conflict. If that doesn’t identify the source, submit. request through our support form and we’ll help track down what the root cause is.
