I’m trying to add some additional fields to my existing form. They show up on the backend but not on the front of the site. Help!
Hi Robyn. If the fields are saved and present when you view the form in the back end, the view you see on the front end is a probably a cached view, from before those fields were added to the form. Or, there could be a conflict with your theme or another plugin on the front end that affects some fields.
I would first clear the cache on your server or via any caching plugin, and then disable caching. Then see if you can see the fields on the front end. If not, please check for theme and plugin conflicts using these steps https://docs.gravityforms.com/testing-for-a-themeplugin-conflict/
