Working in the backend building a form with varying calculations (I have the Elite license) for a few hours, I noticed that suddenly the “Pricing Fields” and other Fields in the sidebar have disappeared! I’m working in Google Chrome Incognito.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Hi Heather. I recommend opening a separate support ticket for this as well. It sounds like you have a conflict with the theme or another plugin on your site. If you want to start checking for conflicts, you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin from WordPress. BTW. I’m a mobile worker and sometimes it’s difficult to have to keep scrolling through the Fields to add them to the builder–the vertical scrollbars are not easy to see (very thin).
