Email Notifications Sent to Outlook's Junk Folder

Every form submission from our website gets sent to Junk by our exchange server. I know that I can set an exchange action to catch them before they go there, but they shouldn’t get sent to junk in the first place.

Does anyone know of anything that I can do on the form’s end to prevent Outlook from thinking that these email are junk?

That probably has nothing to do with Gravity Forms. You should check with your hosting provider about your server IP address. It’s possible other people on your server have been sending emails being marked as spam.

You might want to check about getting a dedicated IP address or switch to a third party transactional email provider to manage your outgoing email notifications.
