Email notification checkboxes show duplicated values

Hey guys, I have a problem with the email notification data. I have a regular checkbox field, in the form, I select 3 of them, but in the email notification, I got the first option selected duplicated.

any ideas?

(I use the regular {all_fields} in the email notification)

The values all need to be unique. I see $100 for all values. Each value needs to be unique. If you need help setting up your form, please open a support ticket. Thank you.
