Duplicate transactions happening on Stripe

I recently created a form to take membership dues.

Nothing complicated.
12 Membership choices
1 Product choice
1 Donation entry

Stripe is randomly getting duplicate transactions, that I need to refund.
There are no duplicate entries in gravity form.

Any clue why stripe or gravity forms are doing this and anyway to address?

Yes. I’ve opened a ticket as well. Hoping for a quick answer as it’s upsetting people who are getting multiple charges.

Oops. May have stumbled on the problem.
Changed the “billing cycle” in the form to 365 days.
Not a clue how it get set to 1 day!
Anyway to have NO billing cycle? I dont want it to auto renew.

Hi Peter. How do your memberships work? Do you need to charge only once, or are you going to charge at some regular interval?
