Duplicate Orders

Hi gang,

We have been using GF for our curbside orders and recently noticed that we have been getting a bunch of duplicate orders. (see image).

Could this be related to some caching of website?

Please advise if there is something we need to do - cache or form related.

If you are receiving multiple entries, minutes or hours or even days apart, that means that the tab or browser is most likely being submitted again on that device. That happens a lot on mobile devices where opening the app reopens all the previously loaded tabs, and can happen on desktop browsers as well if they are set to reopen tabs after restarting.
