Database Version 2.5.4.1 The database is currently being upgraded to version 2.6.1.1. 206.44% complete. [Force the upgrade]
A little worried to force the upgrade when it is already 206% complete - seems like there’s some other issue going on but not sure what it could be.

What version Gravity Forms were you upgrading from? If it was prior to 2.2.6.5, you will need to contact Support for assistance with your upgrade.
