Update process issues

We are having an issue getting Gravity Forms to completely update. When we goto the System Status page, we see:

The database is currently being upgraded to version 2.4.6. Current Status: Error Migrating Entry Headers: Unknown column ‘payment_method’ in ‘field list’ 97.66% complete. Force the upgrade

When we click the Force the Upgrade link, it takes us the page below which nothing changes (it’s been open for an hour)

Upgrading Gravity Forms

Do not close or navigate away from this page until the upgrade is 100% complete.

Current status: Error Migrating Entry Headers: Unknown column ‘payment_method’ in ‘field list’ 97.66% complete.

That error message about the missing column means you were updating from a very old version of Gravity Forms. Please contact us here and we can help you update Gravity Forms:

Hi Chris,

I have downloaded the 2.4.11.6 version and I am facing the same problem.

Mine is stuck at 62.33%

I tried it both Locally and on a Client server.

Any Solution?
