Hi, I am using the gravity form on two different websites but still getting the same issue

The database is currently being upgraded to version 2.6.3. Current Status: Error Migrating Entry Headers: Unknown column ‘payment_method’ in ‘field list’ 77.75% complete.

That error indicates you tried to upgrade Gravity Forms from a 4 years (or more) old version to the latest version. Which is not possible due to the different changes done to the database structure during the years. Please open a support ticket for assistance.
