Is it possible to customize the answer explanation content depend on if the answer is correct or not

Hi Jeremy. That’s not currently possible with the Quiz Add-On. There is only one answer explanation that is shown after the question is answered. If you think this would make a good addition to the Gravity Forms Quiz Add-On, I recommend adding a note to our product roadmap. Click the blue plus in the lower left on this page to add a note for our product team:
