Our website currently has 4 separate skill assessment forms that we have created using Gravity Forms with the Quiz Addon that enables people to take a test and receive a score. All of our assessments are multiple pages and over 20+ questions. Once a user completes/submits a quiz they are then presented with the results of their quiz so they can see which answers they got correct and incorrect. We have received multiple complaints from users that once they submit their quiz and view their results that the results are displaying users selections inaccurately (ex. a user selected option A but when they view their results it shows that they selected option B).
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Were you able to find a solution and if so, what did you do to fix it?
