Creating a feedback form with options to proceed

Client is asking…

  1. For a shareable link that can be included in the client’s email signature

a. Create a page on current site with a feedback form || that asks for people to rate you on a scale of 1-5.

b. coding the form || If they respond with 1-3, then a contact form appears and asks for them to explain their experience.

c. coding the form || If they respond with a 4-5, then they will be redirected to the Google review form where they can easily leave a review.

Do you recommend using the add on Survey? And then somehow code the options if they respond with 1 through 3? And if they respond with 4 through 5 a link will popup to click on for Google reviews?

For google review we can’t post the data, but can retrieve the review posted using the API’s.

Need to find a gravity forms developer that can provide me with a quote to create the following:

On my client’s feedback form the user is being asked to rate the service on a scale of 1-5 stars.

My client (law firm) wants the form to have this logic:

If user responds with 1-3 stars, they will continue on to complete the feedback form “as is”.

If user responds with a 4-5 stars, the form will auto redirect them to the law firm’s Google reviews form where they can leave a review under the law firm’s Google reviews.

  1. Is this possible?
  2. Can you provide me with a quote to do this?

Re: I have explore it further google don’t provide any API for reviews submission.
Rather possible solution is integrate hyper link to Google Review Page, where user need to login to Google Account for submitting the review.
